Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at this hotel, which offers a good waterpark experience for younger kids and has a nice smaller vibe compared to larger resorts. The hotel staff were generally friendly, and we found it easy to access grocery stores nearby. However, the dining options were limited and not very impressive, and the additional parking fees felt unnecessary. Overall, it was a fun weekend, but I’m not sure I would return without a compelling deal.
My family and I stayed at the Americana Resort, and while the kids enjoyed the waterpark, our overall experience was disappointing. The rooms had multiple issues, including cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and inconvenient setups. On a positive note, the waterpark was a hit with the kids, which helped offset some of our frustrations, but overall, it's hard to recommend this place if you're looking for a restful stay.
We booked this hotel because the price seemed good, but it was disappointing. The water park was only suitable for very young kids, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The breakfast was quite poor, and the staff didn't seem friendly or welcoming. Overall, it seems like a place that needs improvement.
We had a great mini vacation at the hotel, enjoying a spacious suite perfect for families. The waterpark was exciting for our kids, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. However, some aspects like our dining experience and an unexpected dog convention detracted a bit from our stay. Overall, it was a good value for the price, especially considering the room size and waterpark access.
I have been visiting this hotel every summer for five years, but this time around, I've decided it's time for a change. While the waterpark is a definite highlight, the hotel itself is showing its age with outdated furnishings and a lack of repairs. The staff was great, though, and it’s a decent option if you're prioritizing the waterpark experience over hotel amenities.
